HumanWave Time Tracking is the solution for hour registration per project, per employee and per customer. Your employees can enter their actual worked hours online, after which the (project) manager or HR department can approve these hours. The hours can be registered per project, per employee and per customer, so reporting can be done on each of these levels. You will always have up-to-date insight in hours to be invoiced, open hours, budget hours and approved hours, so you will know the project status at all times. When the hour registrations are approved and ready for invoicing, they can be invoiced via your integrated ERP software.

Employees can enter their actual hours in HumanWave.The flexible workflow engine ensures the authorization process is based on companies organization chart and policies. This transparent process enables employees and managers to track the approval of their hour registrations.

Managers can approve or create hour registrations for their subordinates if required. They can easily monitor if the project is on track and the budget will not be exceeded by the actual costs.

Project Managers always have a up-to-date project card with all the relevant information they need for their project administration.
