Learning and Education
HumanWave Learning & Education enables you to register an extensive library of internal- and external training. Employees can chose from the library and request for training. Each training is linked to a qualification; when all linked courses are completed succesfully the qualification is automatically added or updated in the employee dossier. This enables you to monitor the up-to-date educational level of your employees.
You can register the certificates/diplomas which were acquired during the course as well. Each certificate has an end date after which it is no longer valid and a refresher course is needed. You will know exactly when the employee will have to do this refresher. A successful Learning Management System guarantees the required knowledge level in your organization.

Self Service
Employees can apply for training they feel is required for their job. The flexible workflow engine ensures the authorization process is based on companies organization chart and policies. This transparent process enables employees and managers to track the approval of their training requests.
Managers can request or create courses for their subordinates if required, and monitor the education level of their department. They can easily monitor if the education budget is not exceeded by the actual costs.
